📍You can park one (1) car inside the garage, and the driveway has space for up to two (2) additional cars.

📍The keypad to open the garage door is located on the right side of the home when facing it, code is 5688.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍You have the entire house reserved for your stay.

📍To unlock the door, enter your access code.

📍To lock it from the outside, press the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

The Nest thermostat is located on the wall near the main door, next to the stairs.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

The Wi-Fi mesh is placed on the shelf beside the couch, near the fireplace.

Fireplace is not accessible (for décor only)
Guests are welcome to use the treadmill and bicycle in the garage, but please note that the owners are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while using these items.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is placed on the grill fence to the left side when facing the home.
