🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Our property is located on the corner of Elm Avenue and N Earle St.

📍Upon arrival, you may park your vehicle on the street in front of the property, as only street parking is available for this unit.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To unlock the gate, simply unlock the latch on top of it.

📍 To unlock the front door, start by touching the keypad to light it up, then enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol to unlock the door, and finally rotate the handle to open it.

The lock will automatically re-engage after the door closes.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • To maintain the beauty of our gardens, we have scheduled a gardener (Francisco) to come every Tuesday.

    Rest assured, he is a friendly member of our team and will only be working outside the property.

    Also, our trash bins are located on the left side of the property, and trash day is every Monday.

  • The main router is placed under the bed in the first room near the entrance.

    The Wifi Amplifier is located in the master bedroom.

  • There are two electrical panels in the unit:

    One is located inside the unit, in the storage cabinet near the kitchen.

    The other one is situated outside, on the right side when you face the unit.

  • The hot water tank is positioned outside the unit, and when you face the home, it should be on the right side.

    Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

  • You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

    Vacuum - The bedroom closet

    Broom - Located inside the storage cabinet near the kitchen.

  • There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located under the grills in front of the home.
