📍When navigating to the unit using Google Maps, it will direct you to 8403 Elm Ave.

📍Your reserved unit is located behind this house. Once you arrive at 8403 Elm Ave, please turn right onto N Earle Street. The unit will be the first home on the right.

NOTE: Parking inside the garage and driveway area is prohibited.

📍For street parking guidelines:

No overnight permit required: In the green-lined area, no overnight parking permit is needed. You are permitted to park there at any time.

Overnight permit required: Red lines indicate areas where an overnight parking permit is necessary.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved home is located alongside N. Earle Street.

📍To unlock the gate entrance, there's a hook lock in the upper right corner of the gate; simply push it upward to open.

📍To unlock the front door, simply enter your access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Cuisinart Toaster Oven - It is located inside the cabinet under the microwave oven in the kitchen.
The laundry machine is located inside the house, right after the dining table in the kitchen.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you in your unit.

Trash bins are placed at the right side of the house.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi Amplifier is placed behind the TV in the living room.
The breaker box is located on the left side of the house when you're facing the front door.
To open the breaker cabinet, locate the latch, pull it, and slide it down to unlock and open. To close, put the latch back in place and push upwards until it locks securely.
The hot water control panel is located on the right side, back corner of the house.
The main hot water control panel is situated in the living room.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. The lockbox is located at the pipe in the front right corner of the house.
