🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park 2 vehicles, 1 spot is right in front of the unit and 1 vehicles can be parked in the main driveway - all the way toward the back.

📍Note: Please do not block the main driveway. Our neighbors also use this shared driveway for access.

📍Street parking is always FREE except during street cleaning day when it is not allowed.

Wednesday, 10 am - 2 pm: No parking allowed on the entire block where the house is located.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is along the road, specifically the front house.

📍 To access your reserved unit, please enter through the front gate the gate code is 6789.

📍To unlock the door, press the Schlage button, then input your given access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

The unit has split AC.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

The washer and dryer are located at the back. You can access them through the kitchen door.

The Wi-Fi router is located inside
the brown cabinet in the living room.
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.
The breaker box is situated right next to the laundry area at the back.
You can reach it by going out through the kitchen door.
The vacuum can be accessed in the master bedroom, inside the closet.
Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
