🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Parking is on the right side of the building when facing it.

📍 Note: The parking gate has a keypad for vehicle entry.

Simply enter the code 6868# to open the gate when arriving.

When leaving, the gate is sensor-activated and will open automatically as you approach.

📍Your designated parking area is at the rear of the complex. Please refer to the provided image for details.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is part of an apartment complex and is labeled Unit 19.

📍Upon arriving at the complex entrance, go to the second floor. Once you reach the top, turn left. Your unit is the second door on the left, labeled '19' above the door.

📍If you come from the parking area below, be prepared for a bit of exercise as you'll need to climb two floors.

📍To unlock the door, press the Schlage button, then input your given access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

TO ACCESS THE LAUNDRY AREA

📍 Simply enter your access code, followed by the ‘#‘ sign, then turn the knob to open.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
Note: The water function of the refrigerator is currently not operational due to the absence of a water connection.
The laundry room is located in the first parking lot near the gate entrance. The door code is 3030#.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guest use is available from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM and again from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
We kindly ask that you respect these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Amazon Prime.
The Wi-Fi router is located inside Unit 2 (7529), near the TV.

The breaker box is situated in the King Bedroom. It is behind the door, under the wall decor.
