🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍There is one parking spot for Unit B, located at the back of the property. Please drive through the driveway to access it.
📍Use gate code 1368# to enter and exit through the driveway gate.
Note: Please avoid blocking the driveway, as it must remain clear for access to the rear parking area.
📍Additional parking is available on the street. Please check the street cleaning schedule to avoid a ticket:
Wednesdays (6:00 AM - 10:00 AM) on the entire block.
🚗 Parking Reminder
To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is behind the front house. After parking, walk to the right side to enter through the front door of the back unit.
📍To unlock the front door, enter your access code.
📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.
📍Guests are welcome to pick fruit from the trees in the yard.
Note: Please be cautious, as the backyard is not regularly maintained. Enter at your own risk.
HOUSE MANUAL

The house has split AC/heat throughout the unit, which can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on. -
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The laundry area is located at the back, near the front door of Unit B.
Note: The washer and dryer are shared between Unit A and Unit B and are available on a schedule: 7:30am-9:30am & 4:30pm-10pm.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Trash day is Tuesday
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.

📍The electrical panel is located on the left side of Unit B when facing the unit, mounted on the wall.
