🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Street parking is the only option available.

Note: The driveway is reserved exclusively for the tenants of the main house. Please avoid blocking it.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is at the back of the main house. After parking your car, please enter the small gate on the left and proceed to walk towards the back to access your unit.

📍To enter the unit, simply touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and rotate the handle to open the door.

Note: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The laundry room is shared with the tenants of the front house.
A laundry detergent and bleach will be provided for you.

The washing machine may sometimes be locked by accident.

Please press and hold the Steam (Control Lock) button for 3-4 seconds.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are placed in the parking area
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.
The Wi-Fi mesh is located in the living room and placed on top of the couch.
The breaker box is located outside the home, near the laundry room.
The hot water control panel is located inside the laundry room, which is the first door on the path to the gate entrance.
