🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Since the garage is being used as a storage space, you may park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway only.
📍For additional parking, on-street parking is readily available.
🚗 Parking Reminder
To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍You may enter through the front door of the property.
📍To unlock the door, input your 4-digit user code into the keypad, and then turn the door knob.
📍Once unlocked, the door will automatically re-lock itself until a valid user code is entered again.
📍To unlock the door from the inside, rotate the inside thumbturn to the vertical position. No user code is needed to open the door when the lock is set to unlocked.
📍To re-lock, simply rotate the thumbturn back to the horizontal position.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Trash pickup day is every Friday. Please ensure the trashbins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Here are a few reminders from our host:
📍The pool depth ranges from 3 to 8 feet. Swim at your own risk as no lifeguard will be on duty.
📍NO DIVING is allowed into the pool.
📍NO GLASSWARE is permitted in the pool area.
📍Removing the pool fence is strictly prohibited.
📍Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times.
📍Our pool cleaning schedule is every Tuesday from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.

The router is located in the living room, in the ceiling of the first bathroom.

The breaker box is located on the side of the home, and when you are at the pool area, it can be found on the left side of the home.

The hot water control panel is located in the garage area, close to the laundry section.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - The bedroom closet
Mop and broom - Located in the garage area.
