📍For additional parking, on-street parking is readily available.

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍The entrance door is on the right side of the garage when facing the unit.

📍To gain entry to the property, please enter your access code into the keypad on the front door.

📍To lock your door just tap the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has a split AC/Heat system, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is located at the bottom of the glass table in the living room.
The hot water tank is located in the cabinet in the kitchen.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located on the outside of the front entrance door, on the right side.
