🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍You can park up to 3 cars in the roundabout driveway and 2 cars in front of the garage.
📍When facing the unit, you’ll find an access road on the right-hand side. Drive all the way up; the parking area is on the right side, in front of the two red garage doors.
📍Free street parking is available nearby; just please be mindful of any restrictions.
🚗 Parking Reminder
To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍To unlock the door, press any button to wake up the keypad and turn on the light. Then, enter your access code and press the checkmark button ✅.
📍To lock the door, press and hold the 🔒 lock icon.
📍To lock or unlock the black gate, enter your access code on the backlit keypad, then rotate the knob clockwise, or use the identical key.
📍The black gate must remain locked at all times; guests must enter their code to unlock it both when entering and exiting.
HOUSE MANUAL

We are using split AC units on the property.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Laundry detergent and bleach are provided for your convenience.
The Washer is located in the area near the kitchen
The Dryer is outside and can be accessed through the door near where the washer is located.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
When using the TV, kindly ensure the light switch on the right side is turned ON, as it provides power to the TV.

The breaker box is located near the staircase, next to the door leading to the backyard.

The fireplace is NOT FUNCTIONAL.

The hot water tank is located in the hallway near the bedrooms.

The main router is in the first bedroom near the main door, on a shelf. Mesh routers are set up throughout the house.

The lockbox contains a backup key to the house for emergencies. It is placed It is located at the black gate in front of the main door.
