📍You can park your car inside the two driveways.

📍To access the gate, simply slide it open manually.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍After parking your car, make your way to the left side of the premises where you'll find the main entrance.

📍To unlock the door, simply enter your access code into the door lock and press the "Ultraloq" button located below the keyhole.

Note: The door automatically locks after entering

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. You can access it from the living room, simply walk into the hallway, turn right, and head all the way to the end — the garage door will be right there.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is located
beside the TV stand in the living room.
The breaker is located outside the house, and go through the fence gate. You’ll find the breaker box mounted on the house wall next to the flower bed.
The hot water tank is located in the garage, close to the laundry area.
Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
The cleaning supplies are stored in the garage.
You can find the key on top of the storage cabinet.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. The lockbox is under the grill by the main entrance door.
