🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park your car in the driveway.

📍If you need more parking space, there is ample on-street parking available nearby.

Note: To park in the driveway upon check-in, you need to enter the house first to get the clicker.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To access the small gate and the front door, you just need to input the access code provided into the keypad.

📍To lock simply tap the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
Vacuum - It can be found in the common area or inside the bedroom closet.
