📍Street parking is available right outside the unit.

📍You’ll find a parking permit inside the unit—please display it clearly on your windshield during your stay.

📍Street parking is available, but please be mindful of the street cleaning schedule.

No Parking Monday & Wednesday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm (Side of the house)
No Parking Tuesday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm (Across the street)

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍The unit is located along the road. To enter, use the access code to unlock the main door.

📍To lock the door from the outside, activate the screen by touching it and then pressing the lock symbol.

📍To enter, activate the screen by touching it with your palm or the back of your hand. Tap the random digits that appear, after which all numbers will illuminate, allowing you to enter your access code.

HOUSE MANUAL

The unit has split ac/heat systems AC.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry is located next to the garage.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

The trash bins are usually located in the parking area. It may be by the driveway or by the street
Trash day is Friday
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
