🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park your car in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

📍Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests.

📍Street parking is available, but please be mindful of the street sweeping schedule.

NO PARKING on Mondays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍You have reserved the entire home.

📍To unlock the front door, first activate the keypad by touching it, then input your access code followed by "#" and finally, rotate the handle to open the door.

📍The door will lock automatically after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

The Nest thermostat is located on the wall to the right of the entrance door.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Laundry supplies will be provided in your unit.

Trash bins are located in the backyard. When facing the unit, they are on the right side of the home.

Trash day is every Thursday

Trash bins are placed on the corner side of the property, outside.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The Wi-Fi router is located in the living room between the side table and the couch.

The main breaker is located on the left side of the unit when you are in the backyard facing the home
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
