🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Street parking is available for up to two cars.

NOTE: The garage is not accessible for parking.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is Unit B, located at the bottom of the property, attached to the main house.

📍Guests can access Unit B by using the red gate on the left side when facing the property. After entering, there's a staircase on the right side leading to the property.

📍To gain access, simply enter the provided code by scrolling the padlock numbers combination to open the gate.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. You can access them through the door on the left side when you enter the main entrance.

Laundry supplies will be provided in your unit.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The Wi-Fi router is on the top shelf in the dining area.
The electrical panel is located on the deck outside, near the dining area.
To use the propane fire pit outside, remove the lid of the pit, ensure the propane tank is open, and rotate the knob to the left to ignite it..

Trash bins are placed on the corner side of the property, outside.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
Beach towels are available in the upstairs hallway closet, directly in front of the stairs.
