🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Street parking is available for up to two cars.

NOTE: The garage is not accessible for parking.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

You’ve booked the entire house. Use the access code sent to you to unlock the main door.

NOTE: To light up the keypad while the door is locked, press the lock button before entering your user code. The keypad will not light up if the door is unlocked.

📍The door will lock automatically after 5 seconds.

📍To lock the door from the outside, simply press the lock button at the top.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage. You can access them through the door on the left side when you enter the main entrance.

Laundry supplies will be provided in your unit.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
The Wi-Fi router is on the top shelf in the dining area.
The electrical panel is located on the deck outside, near the dining area.
To use the propane fire pit outside, remove the lid of the pit, ensure the propane tank is open, and rotate the knob to the left to ignite it..

Trash bins are placed on the corner side of the property, outside.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
Beach towels are available in the upstairs hallway closet, directly in front of the stairs.
