🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍The parking driveway can accommodate three cars but leave a small space on the left for garbage bin access. The garage is off-limits.

NOTE: Free street parking is available with no restrictions.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍The front door entrance is located on the right side of the driveway when facing the unit.

📍To unlock the door, enter your access code.

📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items. The kitchen switch is located under the small island.

Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

Vacuum - Located in the common area or inside the bedroom closet.
Mop - Located inside the cabinet in the right-side hallway after entering the unit.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is on the right side of the front door, under the window.
