🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Guests can park up to 3 cars in the driveway only.

📍The driveway gate code to enter is 3636#. The gate will close automatically after about 3 minutes.

NOTE: Street parking is prohibited in the area.

📍To exit, guests will need to use the remote control, which is mounted inside the unit.

NOTE: To secure temporary overnight parking, the permit can be purchased for $4 per night at

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To get to the front door, walk out of the parking area and follow the pathway—it leads straight to the entrance.

📍To access the unit, enter the provided access code and then press the check icon.

📍To lock from the outside, follow the same steps as stated above.

NOTE: We recommend that guests enter the house through the front door first, then head to the back to unlock the back doors. This way, once they drive into the back area, they can easily enter with their belongings.

📍In case they ever get locked in the backyard, they can exit through the side yard door.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The laundry area is located in the garage at the back of the unit and is accessible to guests.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Trash day is Tuesday
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is located inside the closet in the first bedroom.

The breaker box is located at the back of the unit, on the right side after exiting through the back door.
The hot water tank is located inside the unit. After entering the front door, take the left-side passage—it's in the door on the right.
