🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍The driveway provides ample parking space for multiple vehicles.

Note: Please note that the garages are not accessible because they are being used as storage space.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To open the gate, you will need the gate controller located in the lockbox on the right-hand side of the gate. Input your access code and press the upward arrow button to unlock the lockbox.

📍When closing the main gate, always close the small gate first to prevent the main gate from getting stuck.

📍If the front door won’t lock from outside, exit through the back door and use the backup key located in the lockbox on the right-hand side of the gate to lock it.

Note: Please return the gate controller inside the lockbox after use.

📍 To gain entry through the front door, first press any key to activate the keypad light. Next, input your access code followed by pressing the lock button to unlock the door.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍 Please keep the temperature set between 68–72°F.
📍 Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry is located upstairs

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The Wi-Fi router is located in the living room upstairs, placed behind the TV.
In the home, there are two breaker boxes:

One is in the kitchen area,

the other is outside by the side of the garage, near the gate that leads to the pool area.
The hot water tank is located upstairs near the bedrooms’ entrance.

The vacuum is located in the storage room in the kitchen area.
To switch between the handheld shower and the fixed shower, simply rotate the small knob above the shower head.
