To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved property is the front house. After parking, the entrance to your unit is through the door on the left.

📍To unlock the front door, first touch the keypad to activate it. Then, enter your assigned access code followed by the CHECK button.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi is located in the living room, placed on top of the TV stand.
The breaker box is located at the back of the home, accessible through the sliding door in the master bedroom.
