🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Street and driveway parking are available. For your safety, we suggest you use the driveway on the right side of the property to park up to 2 cars.

📍The gate code is 5688. The gate automatically closes after a minute and it opens again when you’re exiting with a car.

📍Street parking is prohibited on Thursdays from 7 am-12 pm due to street cleaning schedule.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the back house. You can access it by heading toward the end of the driveway and then turning left.

📍To unlock the door, touch the keypad to activate it, then enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol. Then, rotate the handle to open the door.

HOUSE MANUAL

The laundry detergent and bleach will be provided for you. Click on the following links below for the user manual:
Washer and Dryer
For any issues with the laundry machines, please get in touch with us.
Trash bins are placed in the backyard. Trash pickup days are every Friday.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The Wi-Fi mesh is located in the living area, mounted at the back of the TV.
The breaker box is located in the living room.
The hot water control panel is located in the backyard
