🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍The garage can accommodate a maximum of two (2) cars.

📍To gain access to the garage, please input your door code on the keypad followed by pressing 0.

📍There is a scarcity of parking spots on the street. Kindly pay attention to the parking limitations mentioned below.

📍To ensure your safety and convenience, please do not cross the center island if you are parking across the street. Instead, walk down and cross in an east or west direction.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Our property is on the corner of N Purple Sage Dr and Promenade St.

📍Look for the unit 816-A and enter through the front door if you are not bringing a vehicle.

📍To unlock the front door, enter your access code. Then, turn the thumbturn away from the edge of the door until the bolt retracts.

📍To lock the door, start by pressing the Schlage button. Next, rotate the thumbturn towards the door edge until the bolt extends.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are placed in the garage

Please be reminded to take out the trash bins to the curb on Mondays and bring them back in on Wednesdays.
If for any reason you are unable to do so, send us a message and give us permission to access the garage.
Note: If the trash bin is not taken out for disposal, it will cost our house manager $100 to summon a truck to dispose and clean it.
The Wi-Fi router is located on the TV stand in the living room.
The breaker box is located in the garage.
