📍Free parking at the premises.

📍 You may use the parking slot on the LEFT side of the property as seen in the photo below.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is in the back of the main house, Unit B. After parking, please enter through the small black gate and continue walking along the pathway that will directly lead you to your unit.

📍To unlock the door, enter your access code in the keypad lock. Rotate the lever to open the door. Once closed, the door will auto-lock.

HOUSE MANUAL

The property has split AC unit.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry room is shared among guests from units A, B, and C.
You can find the laundry area in the left side of the property.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The wifi router is located in the laundry area.
You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

The vacuum, mop, and broom are placed at the back of the laundry area.
It is located outside the unit. When you enter the gate, it will be on the right side.
