🚗 Parking Reminder
To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved property is the front house, Unit A. Please enter through the front door by pressing The SCHLAGE button followed by your given access codes in the keypad.
📍To lock the door from the outside, press the SCHLAGE button located at the top of the keypad. A green check mark will illuminate, indicating that the door has been successfully locked.
📍To lock or unlock from the inside, simply rotate the thumbturn.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The laundry room is shared among guests from units A, B, and C.
You can find the laundry area in the left side of the property.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The Wi-Fi router is located in the laundry area.

The breaker box is located at the side of the home. You'll need to enter through the gate on the left when facing the unit to access it.

The hot water control panel is located inside the home. It is placed inside the door in front of the bathroom.
