🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍On-street parking is readily available. but please avoid parking in the following places during these street cleaning schedules:
7:00-11:30 AM Mondays - sidewalk by the property
7:00-11:30 AM Tuesdays - sidewalk across the street
🚗 Parking Reminder
To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is the back house. Upon arrival, please proceed through the black gate right beside the garage and enter through the white door.
📍Enter your access code in the keypad lock. Rotate the lever to open the door. Once closed, the door will auto-lock.

The unit has split AC.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is located at the front unit.
Please contact us if you encounter any issues. -
The laundry is located right outside the unit, close to the front door.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us. -
You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Mop and broom - Located on the side of the laundry.

Please leave used beds unmade.

Turn off all electrical appliances, stove, heater, lights, etc.

Put back any rearranged furniture to its initial position.
