📍To reach the unit, please note that Google Maps may not accurately display the location based on the provided photo.

📍To ensure you find the correct home, please enter the alley next to the home numbered 949. Please refer to the picture below.

NOTE: Parking is prohibited in the alley.

📍The parking area is right next to the home, within the fenced area.

📍There are two covered parking spots available, but please feel free to use all the space for parking

📍Please note that there is one car parked in the far back corner, belonging to the owner.

NOTE: Please feel free to close the gate at your convenience by simply pulling it manually.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Once you have parked your car, proceed to walk through the wooden gate.

📍To open it, simply pull the gate latch.

📍To enter the main door, press the YALE button, enter your access code, and then press the check icon.

📍To lock from the outside, simply press the YALE button.

HOUSE MANUAL

The guest house has a split AC unit.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

A friendly reminder: When using the player at night, please be considerate and keep the volume at a moderate level to avoid inconveniencing the neighbors.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The hot water tank is located in the storage area of the queen bedroom. It is NOT ACCESSIBLE to guests.
To get hot water in the bathroom located next to the living area and near the study room, turn the control to cold, and to get cold water, turn the control to hot, as the controls are reversed

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency.

If the front door smart lock acts up, you can get into the house through the kitchen door. There's a spare key in a lockbox for this. When you're facing the house, the kitchen door is on the left side.
