🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍The parking space is located in front of Unit B.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

No Parking Wednesday 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm (On the side of the house.)
No Parking Wednesday from 8:00 am - 11:30 am (Across the street)

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍This property is a triplex. Unit B—your reserved home—is located in the center of the three units.

📍To unlock the front door, enter your access code.

📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has split AC/heat throughout the unit, which can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
The laundry area is located at the back of the house of Unit B right side of the storage.

To access it, use the rear entrance, where you'll find the washer and dryer

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Trash Day - Tuesday
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Prime.
The main router is located at the bottom of the mounted TV.
The breaker panel is located in the laundry area, to the side of the washer and dryer.
