🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Free parking is available on the property premises. You can park up to 2 vehicles, and your designated space is the 2 spaces closest to your unit.
📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.
📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.
Wednesdays, 12 pm - 3 pm: No parking across the street.
Wednesdays, 8 am - 11 am: No parking on the side of the house.
🚗 Parking Reminder
To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your unit is the detached house at the back of the property. Just follow the driveway to reach the unit at the end.
📍To unlock, touch the keypad to activate it. Enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and rotate the handle to open the door.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
