🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Free parking is available in the backyard.

📍Your designated parking is at the corner, which is labeled “front house”, as seen in the photo below.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited every Wednesday on both side of the street.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved property is the front house. Please enter through the front door by pressing your given access codes in the keypad and press the Ultraloq button below the keyhole.

📍The door automatically locks after entering.

HOUSE MANUAL

The unit has split AC.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located in the backyard/rear of the home under the electrical panel.
