🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Only street parking is available.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the Alhambra Police Department.

NOTE: If you choose the online option, a printer is available for your convenience at home.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

Monday, 8 am - 11: 30 am: No parking across the street.
Monday, 12 pm - 3 pm: No parking on the side of the house.

📍Please make sure not to BLOCK the driveway for the convenience of all.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the main house. Once you have parked your car, please proceed to the front door entrance.

📍For the screen door, please open it manually; it will not be locked at all times.

Please watch your step as there are stairs leading to the door, especially at night.

📍To unlock the front door, simply touch the keypad to activate it. Enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and then rotate the handle to open the door.

Note: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.

Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

Black trash bin - General waste.
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
The Wi-Fi router is placed in the back house area. You may contact us for any issues about the wifi connection.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is located by the stair handle, nearest to the entrance door, on the left side at the far end of the handle.

The breaker box is located outside. When facing the unit, it should be on the right side corner of the unit. You'll need to hop over the garden fence in front.

The shower temperature controls are reversed. To get hot water, turn the knob to “C” and for cold water, turn the knob to “H.”
Vacuum - Located in the common area or inside the bedroom closet.
