🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Your parking spot is at the back of the property lot, right next to the enclosed garage. It's labeled as 309 B.
📍For additional parking, street parking is readily available. Just please be mindful of any scheduled street cleaning.
NOTE: Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the Alhambra Police Department.
🚗 Parking Reminder
To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your unit is situated at the far end. Upon arrival, simply drive straight into the driveway. Your unit is the last door on the left, labeled as 309 B.
📍To enter the unit, first, tap the ✅icon. Enter the provided access code, and then tap the ✅ icon again.
📍To lock from the outside, follow the same steps as stated above.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

The laundry area is located outside, right next to unit 311 B.
