🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Parking is located at the back of the property, on the right side when facing the unit entrance.

📍Only one car is allowed to park.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

  • No Parking Monday 8:00 am- 11:30 am (On the side of the house.)

  • No Parking Monday from 12:00 pm - 3:00 am (Across the street)


📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a
ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If you purchase a parking permit, please place it visibly on your dashboard. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To enter the unit, pull the rope lever on the wooden gate to open it. Make sure to close the gate behind you after entering.

📍The locks automatically engages after it touches with the door.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The house has split AC/heat throughout the unit, which can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • A laundry detergent will be provided for you. The laundry area is located in the kitchen, on the left side.

    For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

  • Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

    Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

    Black trash bin - General waste

  • The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
