🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park up to two cars in the garage.

📍When you're on the street facing the unit building, the garage is located on the left side.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

No Parking Fridays 12 pm-3 pm (On the side of the house.)
No Parking Fridays from 8 am - 11:30 am (Across the street)

📍To access the garage, use the keypad located on the right side when facing the door. The entry code is 56780.

📍To close the garage from the outside, simply enter the code again.

Disclaimer: Driveway parking is strictly prohibited as this area is a designated fire lane under local regulations. Violators may be subject to fines or towing at their own expense.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved home is Unit 1, the first unit you'll see upon entering from the main entrance.

📍There are two ways to enter the unit: through the front door or through the interior door from the garage if you park your car there.

📍To unlock the door, enter your access code.

📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
