📍Parking is available only on the parking lines. Please ensure the driveway remains clear at all times.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If you purchase a parking permit, please place it visibly on your dashboard. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍 You have the entire house reserved for your stay.

📍Open the black screen door and to unlock the front door, first activate the keypad by touching it, then input your access code followed by "#" and finally, rotate the handle to open the door

📍The door will lock automatically after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has a 2 split AC.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to youer Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
The laundry area is located at the back of the kitchen.
