🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Only street parking is available for this unit.

📍Overnight street parking in Alhambra requires a permit to avoid a ticket. You may buy a ticket online or in person at the Alhambra Police Department.

📍Street parking is prohibited during street cleaning hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00-11:30 am, and noon to 3 pm.

🚗 Parking Reminder

To keep things smooth for everyone, please use only the designated parking spots. If you purchase a parking permit, please place it visibly on your dashboard. If a car blocks access or a neighbor raises a concern, towing may happen without notice. Thanks so much for helping us keep a peaceful vibe in the community!

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved home, Unit C, is part of a triplex and is located at the back of the property. It’s the separate house at the rear. To access it, enter through the white gate.

📍To access, please input the gate code 4367X, and then turn the handle to open it.

NOTE: If you've entered the wrong code or are having trouble getting in, press the 'C' button to reset or clear the code.

📍From the gate, your home is the one directly ahead. The main door is located on the right side.

📍To unlock the front door, enter your access code.

📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has split AC/heat throughout the unit, which can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Fridge: The fridge does not dispense water. However, we provide a water filter for your convenience.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you. The laundry area is located at the back of the house.

To access it, go through the gate. When you’re facing the front of the unit, the gate is on the left side of the house. Once inside, follow the path to the rear to find the laundry area.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Prime.
The electrical panel is located outside the home. Once you step out of the door, it will be on the left side of the house when you're facing away from it.
